  Absolutely awful. The place even looks shady right when you walk in. The lady who helped me had no idea what she was doing she said the same thing to me over and over again for 15-20 minutes. She wasted more than a half an hour of my time. I received several tax scam calls after I filed with them. Never. Ever. Filing here again.
