I love Menard's as a store and have been shopping there since the one near me opened 15 some years ago. I go there 4 days a week at least and all your employees know me. I have bought thousands of dollars of stuff. I have NEVER received my rebates. Today, I had enough. There is NO contact information either for Menard's (you can't talk to a person you have to WRITE A PHYSICAL LETTER, and they will only handle problems via snail mail. You have ripped me off of over $500 dollars. I will not shop with a company that scams me, no matter how nice your employees are. Reading the FB page confirms my issue. Nearly every single person on there says the same thing. Been a slice. Oh, and rest assured, I will tell everybody, and Yelp, BBB, and Attorney General this problem for all it's worth.

Had to return a shower head and value customer service was great and it didn't take long at all. And of course I ended up buying more when I was there including a snorkel and mask for my daughter only $10 and it works awesome at least I know the mask does since she used it already.
