  I bought a bedroom set from downers groove branch.They did not have a table lamp available so I had to pick one from Glendale height branch.When I opened, the packing was horrible to begin with, the metal bar which hold the shade is bent and out of shape.the product is Chinese made no winder it is bad.So I called the store and returned the item
  The lady at the Gust desk was very rude, Her first question was Did you talk to any body? I said yes very politely. Next question:Do you have a invoice??
  I said yes.Next question Who you talk to? man or a women?? I said a lady.
  Then she said WE WILL CHARGE 15% Restocking fee I asked why even it is a bad product?? she rudely said yes that is our policy.i asked her to call the manager he did not want to talk to me.finally another very professional decent person at the desk told her to give full refund. It is not the money I am unhappy the way I was treated. During course our communication I even told her you can take 50% instead of 15%.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!!!!!!!!

  Calvin was terrific ! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I also spoke with 2 women who were both fantastic, as well. I enjoyed the friendly, calm atmosphere, and did not at all feel pressured or pushed into purchasing anything I didn’t want. Calvin helped me, explained everything thouroughly, and placed my order quickly and efficiently! I am 100% satisfied and will definitely be back !
